Social Publishing Privacy Notice

This notice describes the private ChillaxSIM Social Publishing tool operated for ChillaxSIM by Fire Flow Limited. The tool uses YouTube API Services to help authorized operators manage the official ChillaxSIM channel. It is separate from the travel eSIM store and mobile applications.

Information accessed and used

With the channel owner's Google authorization, the tool reads the connected channel's identifier and name to confirm the destination. For an approved upload, it processes the selected video file, title, description, other approved video metadata, visibility and publication time. It reads upload and video status to confirm the result and avoid duplicate uploads.

The tool stores Google access and refresh credentials to perform these approved operations without requiring a new sign-in for each request. It does not request or store the operator's Google password. Access is limited to the approved YouTube account-viewing and video-upload permissions.

Storage and sharing

For local operation, credentials and resumable upload session details are encrypted for the authorized Windows user. For separately authorized cloud operation, the private ChillaxSIM publishing service hosted through Codex Sites stores Google credentials in its secret storage, approved video files in private object storage, and approval records, upload progress and results in a private database. The service uses Cloudflare Workers, R2 and D1. Access is limited to the owner, expressly authorized operators and the service components needed for the approved task. Google receives the credentials, selected media and metadata needed for the requested API operation.

The channel owner and expressly authorized team members or AI assistants may view selected channel information and operational summaries to carry out approved work. If an operator uses a hosted assistant, information included in that assistant's conversation is processed by the chosen service under its applicable terms and settings. Credentials must not be included in such conversations.

This integration does not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or submit it for model training. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It does not add advertising trackers or an embedded YouTube player to the local publishing tool. Google authentication pages have their own data practices, explained in the Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Credentials are retained while they are needed for active, authorized operations. API-derived channel and video metadata is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Owner-provided media and approval instructions are retained separately for the owner's publishing work.

You can revoke access through Google Account permissions and ask us to remove credentials and associated API data stored in the authorized local or cloud environment by contacting service@chillaxsim.com. We will process such deletion requests as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Removing operational data does not automatically delete a video already uploaded to YouTube; the channel owner controls published videos through YouTube.
