When does the validity period start?
For redeem-code native eSIM products, validity usually begins when the eSIM code is redeemed. Redeem the code only when you are ready to use the plan, unless the Plan Rules say otherwise.
Should I redeem or install this eSIM before arrival?
If the plan uses a redeem code, we recommend redeeming after arrival or close to departure, because validity may begin upon redemption. You can still review the setup email in advance and install when you are ready.
How can I check my phone number or data balance?
